Playing Boardroom Bingo vs Sustainable Transformation.

In a post-covid world, the people side of all businesses would need new, long-term behaviours, capabilities, and work-ethics. What does it take to successfully transform?

Innovation, disruption, start-up culture have all become buzz words in the latest version of boardroom bingo. As we all look for what makes us unique in a post pandemic market, these are great aims; but all around we see multiple examples of company after company that have made attempts at these transformations and failed.

In this session we will discuss the key strategic changes and mind shifts needed to successfully make this transition.
