About the speakers:
Nilay is the Managing Director of PageGroup Singapore, responsible for growing our recruitment business across the Michael Page and Page Personnel brands. He began his career in recruitment with Michael Page Singapore in 2008 and since then has run businesses across a number of areas including Banking, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Procurement & Supply Chain as well as Healthcare & Life Sciences. He also has expertise working on executive-level recruitment where he recruited senior professionals across Singapore and South East Asia. Nilay took on the challenge of launching the Michael Page India business when he moved to New Delhi in 2011. After nurturing a complete local leadership team by 2015, he moved back to head the Singapore business as regional director in 2016. Nilay was appointed managing director in 2018 and continues to grow profitability in a mature market and develop leadership talent within the business.
Jeffrey graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined PageGroup in 2007 and started recruiting in Accounting and Finance in Singapore. He was a consistent top performer and was in the 'Platinum Club' in 2010, 2011 and 2012. He was promoted to Manager in 2010, Associate Director in 2012, Director in 2014 while managing the Human Resource, Technology and Sales and Marketing division. In 2019, he was promoted to Regional Director in PageGroup overseeing the entire business. He manages 10 disciplines and 40 fee earners and is instrumental for their development, growth and expansion in Singapore. Jeffrey is also hands-on in senior recruitment for Finance, HR and Sales & Marketing functions in Singapore. Prior to joining PageGroup, he was an Audit Professional with Deloitte and Touche and is a Chartered Accountant by training.
Kirsty began her career with PageGroup in the United Kingdom in 2005, where she held a number of managerial positions before moving to Singapore in 2015. As the Director of Page Personnel Singapore, Kirsty is responsible for seven disciplines including finance & accounting, secretarial & business support, sales & marketing, financial services, technology, customer service and contracting. She currently manages and leads a team of 16 experienced consultants across the seven disciplines. She graduated from the University of Warwick with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering.
Shinjika leads the Michael Page Technology team, specializing in mid to senior roles in Singapore. She holds a Degree in Computer Engineering and started her career as an IT Analyst in the United Kingdom. She spent 3 years working in technology roles across England & India, initially as a .NET developer progressing into Project Analyst for public sector projects. Shinjika has been recruiting mid to senior level Technology roles since 2011 with PageGroup across Singapore & India. She has a successful track record in IT Management, Data and emerging technology roles. With a strong client and candidate network, she has been a strong recruitment partner to her clients in the region.
