DESCRIPTION OF MEETING
Everything we experience today - stress of remote work, uncertainty of business continuity, and loss of normal business routines -places great stress on our brain. Simultaneously, so much of modern life - digital and distracted lifestyle, long work hours, insufficient sleep and exercise, poor nutrition, open office plans, information overload, continuous stress, uncertainty, and more-also work against what's best for cognitive performance and driving business results.
What can any executive do?
During this interactive session, Dr. Michael Netzley reveals the best-available insights about your brain health, high performance, and cognitive agility that every business needs in its executives. We will begin with the all-essential foundation of sleep (and its impact on learning, memory, emotional intelligence, health, and more), move through the pillars of fitness and nutrition, and then conclude with new insights about how to buttress your brain health by focussing on hearing, digital discipline, and mindfulness. Together, and by focusing on these six elements, we can all design a work and family life that contributes to our brain health, good decision-making, and improved productivity.
In addition to our topic of the day, please let me know if you have a particular challenge or opportunity that you think would be relevant for the group and where you would like to hear alternative points of view and benefit from the group's knowledge and expertise. This is one of the major benefits of your membership.
We look forward to seeing you physically or virtually and hope that you join prepared to share your experience with your fellow members. We expect that at the end of the session, you will take back some new ideas and actions to your organisation. If you have any questions or thoughts about how we can make this session even more impactful, please feel free to contact me.
