This group is aimed at being able to uncover and discuss the key issues that confront business owners in a confidential supportive forum. Business owners have found that the issues they really need help with, and discussion around, are of quite a different level and scale than what their company employed counterparts face. Hence, this group allows its members to finally be able to get the information they have been missing by really delving into these key issues from an ownership perspective rather than an employee one. Developing shared solutions that have been established through experience.
Members are from small to mid-sized Singapore based companies, and we are currently talking with the MD of Right Choice Capital, President of Assurant, Director of Codestream, Owner of Fortis Law Corporation, Founder of ValueQuest, Executive Director of the Warranty Group, Owner of Swissmed, CEO of Relo Networks, Owner of TK Asia Consult, Owner SoptAI, ALTY Consulting and many more. The group shares their experience in areas ranging from strategy development to effective execution with a view to identifying "best practice" and creating "next practice”. The Chair of the Group is Lisa Askwith. Lisa is a small business owner herself: Apex BRS and The Corner Store. She is also currently the Chair/Director of See Global Media. Over the last 25 years, Lisa has worked with companies such as Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, Dnata/Emirates, Sanofi-Aventis, multiple successful start-ups and NUS and Cambridge.
The Co-Chair of the group is EGN member, Tony Seow. He has also a prolific entrepreneur in F & B, Restaurant, Lifestyle and Hospitality sectors. He is a former President for the Entrepreneur Organisation (EO).

All candidates must be approved by both the Chair and specific peer group members before joining a group.
